Single or Double entry Chinese visa for a cruise?

If the cruise only stops at 1 port in China a single entry Chinese visa is all that is required.

A single entry Chinese visa can also be used where the cruise stops in more than one city on consecutive days.

If your cruise itinerary shows “At Sea” between the ports in China a double or multiple entry visa may be required.
